Steps to getting a vending machine for your location

We will call you within 48 business hours to follow up
If we have a solution for you, we will schedule an onsite visit
During the onsite visit, we will ask some questions, take a look at the space you want to place our machines and make a determination (minimum space requirements and power outlet access are some of the things we will discuss. No power outlet, no problem, we have an electrician available)
If we can meet your needs, we will fill out some paperwork and get your machine delivery scheduled
Machines will be delivered and configured based on the time frame provided and then service begins

What kind of snacks and drinks will be available in the machine?

We stock a wide variety of items that can be customized to your needs. Sweet, salty, healthy, indulgent, diet, fizzy and anything in-between is possible. We work with you to ensure the right mix for your customers.

Brands include: Pepsi, Coke, 7-UP, Dr. Pepper, Lays, Cheetos, Snickers, Hershey, Doritos, Skinny, Utz, Skittles, M&Ms and many more.

How much is the consultation and how much does it cost to get a machine placed in my business?

There is no cost for the consultation and we provide your machines at no cost, unless otherwise discussed during your consultation. The machines remain property of Bel Vending, LLC.

Why are vending machines a good idea for my business?

Your team members want options. Providing them with a wide variety of snacks and drinks, from brands they recognize and love, not only boosts morale but has been shown to increase productivity and office attendance.

For guests, the results are similar. In an environment that might be stressful, such as a hospital ER waiting room, a cold beverage and delicious snack can help calm nerves.

How does the machine get filled?

A Bel Vending team member will regularly fill and maintain your machines. We will keep track of all item sales to ensure the most popular items are available and items that are not popular get replaced with others. We are always open to feedback on product selection as well.

Can I get a vending machine if I have a seasonal business (i.e. landscaping)?

We can service seasonal businesses. Assuming we're a fit, we can put our route on hold during your off months and restart once your season begins again.

Can you remove abandoned vending machines from my facility?

Yes, we are able to remove old or abandoned vending machines in cases where the owner can no longer be reached. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
